Roasted sweet potato, ginger & garlic soup with fresh bread
Smoked salmon & prawn roulade with pickled cucumber & gribiche sauce
Fillet of beef carpaccio with rocket, parmesan & truffle oil
Chestnut & shallot tart tatin with a mushroom & madeira sauce (V)

Main course
Traditional roast turkey, cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets & all the trimmings
Slow-cooked Guinness beef, parsnip purée, dauphinoise potatoes & a rich red wine jus
Baked fillet of cod with a herb crust, crab mash, carrot & mangetout with a white wine & mussel broth
Gorgonzola & cranberry gnocchi with roasted vegetables & confit garlic cream (V)
